Volunteers Needed! – Research Engineering Access Camp for High-School (REACH)

Research Engineering Access Camp for High-School (REACH) program aims to help students strengthen their STEM identity and understand the ways that engineering research benefits society. The goal for REACH participants is to learn more about how future opportunities in SHINE or other research programs can help them create a powerful college and career pathway. Students will also learn how to contribute valuable skills to the region and the nation.

REACH is looking for STEM and STEM-Education passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about helping high school students learn about engineering research and complete a hands-on engineering project.

The REACH program is looking for students who demonstrate active listening, problem-solving skills, and preferably have knowledge in programming languages (Python, Java, HTML, etc) and Tinkercad.
