NAE Grad Challenges Scholars Info Session

Incoming Freshman & Transfer Students as part of your Welcome to Viterbi Experience, we cordially invite you to attend our Grand Challenges Scholars Program Info Session on Wednesday, January 13th from 2:00-3:00 p.m.

USC Viterbi School of Engineering undergraduate students have the unique opportunity to participate in the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) Grand Challenges Scholars Program (GCSP). Grand Challenge Scholars drive their educational experiences towards discovering, exploring, and potentially solving one of the NAE Grand Challenges and earn recognition at graduation from USC and the National Academy of Engineering. Additionally, these students obtain distinction on their transcripts. Students that are pursuing designation, and are in the Grand Challenges Scholars Program have the opportunity to:

  • Solve the world’s most pressing problems
  • Acquire transformative experiences
  • Obtain global perspectives
  • Join a network of distinguished alumni!
