How to Become Your Own Best Coach (Session #2: 11:30AM-12:20PM)
This workshop will encourage participants to become their own best coach, by sharing a set of high-performance mindset practices designed to cultivate leadership characteristics and “ignite the leader within” each of us. Workshop participants will learn how to create an “internal feedback loop” to support their leadership roles and efforts.

About Me:
In 2019, she was the recipient of the 2019 Viterbi Dean’s Award for Innovation in Teaching and Education. She has led curriculum in classes within the Engineering school, as well as with the USC School of Dramatic Arts. Currently, she serves on multiple boards within USC and is dedicated to providing mentorship for startup teams at USC and the Viterbi entrepreneurial ecosystems that utilizes partnerships with the industry to help develop professional pathways for students. To date, she has initiated two programs, DREAM and “A Board of Trustees for every Student” to provide mentorship at scale across Viterbi.
