What: Raising Capital In The COVID-19
Entrepreneurship has always been difficult. Approximately 90% of all startups fail to raise capital or launch their products. What are some of the common pitfalls and patterns, and how can entrepreneurs avoid them? In a 60-minute fireside chat, Christopher Yang, a member of the Tech Coast Angeles (TCA) event and outreach committee, will meet with Viterbi Startup Garage entrepreneurs to discuss ways to reduce startup risk, find and create value, and navigate the twists and turns while managing the company successfully. In addition, Chris will discuss the angel investment landscape, startup financing trends, and the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the early-stage investment climate.
