We’re the Marketing team for USC OWN IT 2021, a virtual summit that introduces young female and non-binary leaders to the change-makers of today. We’re excited to let you know that ticket sales for our 2021 virtual summit recently launched and are open to attendees from across the country. The summit is a great opportunity for leaders of all ages to get inspired by those who paved the way before them in a variety of industries, including finance, entertainment, journalism, fashion, sustainability, business, and more.
This year’s event will feature over 100 inspiring speakers from across various industries, including our Keynote Speaker Gloria Steinem, a journalist, writer, and feminist activist who has pioneered several magazines and organizations. Other featured speakers include KiKi Layne, star of “If Beale Street Could Talk,” Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, Jazzmyne Jay, diversity and inclusion consultant and talent at Buzzfeed, Dior Vargas, queer Latina feminist and mental health activist, Priscilla O. Agyeman, founder and CEO of Saddie Baddies, and Amanda Little-Richardson, an OB/GYN who starred in the Netflix documentary Lenox Hill, among other change-makers whom we’ll continue announcing on our Instagram and other social platforms.
Outside of the featured speakers, our event also offers small group networking opportunities, discount codes and offers from influential brands and woman-owned businesses, and workshops focused on skills like personal finance and workplace confidence.
