ENST 320a Soil and Water Sustainability in the Field is a 3-week, intensive course that offers hands-on field and laboratory experience in soil and water quality concepts and analyses, as well as sustainability techniques. The course will occur July 27-August 15, 2020 and includes one week of class at the USC University Park Campus followed by 2 weeks living and working at the Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies on Catalina Island, California.
