What I am expected to do as a FIRST Mentor with USC Viterbi?
Mentors will provide FIRST Robotics teams with support in technical and non-technical aspects of the FIRST Robotics competition season. Mentors will help FIRST teams troubleshoot their design and build as well as help them to develop personal and professional skills. We will use the information provided in the mentor application to match you with a team based on the team’s needs.

Transportation
Once you are placed in a team, Viterbi will provide transportation to and from your team’s site via Uber. The amount of time you volunteer depends on your personal availability and the needs of the FIRST Robotics team. Virtual support, via zoom, is also welcome.
