The Friends & Neighbors Day (FND) program was born after the 1992 Los Angeles Riots as a way to connect student volunteers with local service organizations in meaningful ways. It has since become one of our most popular community service programs. During FND, students are introduced to incredible volunteer opportunities at various nonprofits throughout the Los Angeles area. Our goal is to inspire students, staff, and alumni to continue their passion for community service during their time here at USC and beyond. Participate in an event to make an impact in your surrounding community.
Viterbi Impact will be hosting an on-campus service project in collaboration with “Madhatter Knits” where we will sew beanies for pre-mature babies that will be donated to a local hospital. Registration will open at 2pm on Monday, October 9.
