Hello,

Are you interested in joining a group specifically for first-generation college students? The USC Kortschak Center for Learning and Creativity (KCLC) is offering a First Generation Support and Skill-Building Group. This 8-week group is designed to create a comfortable space for you to grow in community with other first-generation college students and attain skills that will help you to succeed at USC. Potential topics include: adjustment to college, identity exploration, using campus resources, managing time and stress, self-care, communicating with professors, family and peers, and post-graduate preparation.

This group will run from February 20th – April 16th on Thursdays at 3:30-5:00pm at Student Union 311. Interested individuals may contact Rashelle Nagata at rwnagata@usc.edu to schedule an intake appointment.
