To the Viterbi Student Community,
At the Viterbi School of Engineering, it’s important that our community members are
empowered to speak up to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity. As important members of
our Viterbi community, we invite you to join us in taking active-pulse checks on our culture.
In partnership with USC’s Culture Journey team and the USC Well-being Collective, we are
instituting Culture Sessions, which will take place over the fall semester. These sessions are open
to all undergraduate students, while also specifically seeking to hear from groups identified from
the Student Well-being Index Survey administered this past April.
Culture Sessions are facilitated by your peers who are specially trained by USC’s Well-Being
Collective. Your identity will always remain anonymous and all participants will receive a $25
Amazon gift card upon completion of the session. Sign up for a session via this link.
