The Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement Office is seeking student volunteers to assist with the Viterbi Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 15th, 2020. This ceremony will take place at approximately 11:00 a.m. in Alumni Park, immediately following the Main Ceremony. Volunteers will be asked to assist with a variety of activities before, during and after this ceremony. In addition, volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory volunteer meeting prior to commencement. This meeting will be held after final exams but before Commencement.
If you wish to volunteer, please fill out the form below by Thursday, April 9th.
Preference will be given to volunteers who do not live in University Housing but we may make exceptions for those who live in University Housing if needed.
