Women in Engineering (WIE) is a student program that offers professional, academic, and social services to students of the Viterbi School of Engineering. The goal of WIE is to provide resources and overall support that will address the unique challenges faced by women engineers. WIE’s mission is to promote personal and professional success for all students during their time at USC Viterbi and beyond.

WIE MENTOR Program

The WIE MENTOR program pairs female undergraduates with more senior female students. The program aims to provide students with a source of support and guidance while helping to build community among all Viterbi women. WIE mentors will insp​ire students and help increase the retention of women in engineering.
