The Viterbi Leadership Institute develops Viterbi student leaders committed to embracing the values of innovation, ethics, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field of engineering
Program Overview
This program is designed to empower engineering students with the
leadership skills, ethical grounding, and innovative mindset necessary to drive positive change in their communities
and industries. Through a series of engaging modules, participants will gain practical tools to lead with integrity,
collaborate effectively, and make a lasting impact.

Module 1
Discover the Engineering Student Leader Potential
Objective:
Leadership concepts, self-awareness, and personal goal setting.

Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership styles.

Effective Communication Skills
