Advising Drop-In Hours
Drop-in advising hours for the Spring 2026 semester will take place on Thursdays, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, via Zoom. You can sign-up for drop-in hours using our drop-in form below. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the form will be closed outside drop-in hours.

Once the form is filled out, a Zoom link will be sent to you. Please join the Zoom meeting within 5 minutes of receiving the link. Otherwise, you will need to fill out the form again to be added to the queue.
Outside drop-in hours, please direct all inquiries regarding the pre-engineering process and potential advising appointments to viterbi.studentservices@usc.edu.
