What: GRID Alternatives discussion
GRID Alternatives is working towards a transition to renewable energy that includes everyone. With a community-based model, GRID Alternatives designs and leads projects that expand access to clean technology. Its team operates in California and beyond, benefiting more than 20,000 households to date through the Energy for All solar program; the innovative GRID mission around Workforce Development that brings solar training to those seeking to enter the industry; and clean power policy advocacy at the local, state, and federal level. A unique nonprofit, GRID accomplishes its impact with a “triple bottom line”: People, Planet, and Employment.
