Grand Challenges Scholars Program

In the wake of the recent Los Angeles wildfires, and other natural disasters, we want Viterbi students to leverage their skills and responsibility to help our community through and beyond the tough times. We have the opportunity to be thought leaders in a changing world, redesigning community to best prevent and mitigate the impact of natural disasters.

We invite students to provide ideas for projects and research addressing the the wildfires and other natural disasters. For projects of special interest, we may be able to assist in finding research opportunities and mentors.
