Viterbi Students will be able to participate in a variety of study abroad programs offered by Viterbi and the Dornsife Study Abroad Office. Viterbi students who have been admitted to a study abroad program along with participating in the Sophomore JumpStart program can apply for a travel grant to assist in the travel costs during their study abroad programs. Sophomore JumpStart students will have exclusive access to drop-in hours with a Viterbi Advisor to discuss any study abroad program specific questions.
Viterbi Study Abroad Information Session
At the beginning of the fall semester Sophomore JumpStart students are invited to the Viterbi Study Abroad Information Session. This session will discuss Viterbi Study Abroad programs and Dornsife Study Abroad programs for Viterbi majors. After the presentation a representative from Viterbi and Dornsife will be available to answer student questions regarding long and short term study abroad programs that Viterbi students have the opportunity to participate in.

Sophomore JumpStart Study Abroad Drop In Hours
After the Viterbi Abroad Information Session Sophomore JumpStart students will have exclusive access to a Viterbi Advisor to ask any study abroad program specific questions through drop in appointments.
Viterbi Students are able to take part in a wide variety of study abroad programs offered by the Viterbi School of Engineering and by the Dornsife Study Abroad Office. Viterbi students who have been admitted to a study abroad program through Viterbi or Dornsife and are in the Sophomore JumpStart program will have the opportunity to apply for a $500 travel grant. This grant will assist students in the cost of travel during their study abroad programs.
Applications for the Travel Grants will open at a later date.
