Your volunteering for the K-12 STEM Center’s VSSP and/or Coding Academy helps us to meet our mission: To inspire, inform, and impact underrepresented, underserved, and disadvantaged K-12 students to develop STEM identity. We’ve created a Google sheet with descriptions of our different programs including a program summary, name and address of schools, and travel time. You can access it here

This spreadsheet has a tab for each day of the week the programs are offered. In each tab, you will find the schools, and dates and times of the meetings, as well as the USC Student Instructor responsible for preparing lessons and supplies. You can sign up in the available spaces below each opportunity. We will contact you for the general volunteer training, and the USC Student Instructor will reach out to you to share the lessons and plan where to meet.

We cover the cost of transportation, and you can earn points in the Experience Viterbi app.

Fight On!
