Upcoming Information Sessions for International Fellowships

**Special External Fellowships Information Session with 2014 Gates Cambridge Scholar Reid Lidow
Reid Lidow, 2014 USC Gates Cambridge Scholar returns to campus to join Academic & International Fellowships staff for a session on general fellowships.

External awards covered will include: Truman, Marshall, Luce, Boren, Rhodes, Fulbright, Goldwater and Gates Cambridge, among others. This session will touch on the basics of each award and Reid will share his insight on the application and selection process. Reid will also discuss the differences between academic life in the US and UK.

**U.S. citizenship is required to apply

Fulbright U.S. Student Program Information Sessions
Staff from USC Academic & International Fellowships will provide an overview of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program as well as tips for crafting a successful application. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is funded by the US Department of State and offers opportunities in research/arts/study/teaching English abroad for 8-10 months after completion of a bachelor’s degree. Fulbright provides funding that includes round-trip airfare, language or orientation courses, tuition (in some cases), a living stipend for the academic year, and supplemental health insurance.
