Join the 2017-2018 KIUEL Programming Committee!

The KIUEL Programming Committee (KPC) acts as the umbrella group for all Viterbi student organizations. In addition to acting as the leadership team for the Viterbi Presidents Council by planning the VPC Retreat in the fall as well as monthly meetings, KPC plans and coordinates events for the entire Viterbi undergraduate student body, including E-Week.

You MUST provide your availability for an interview for your application to be considered complete. If selected for an interview, you will be asked to participate in a 20-minute interview with the KPC chair and vice-chair.

You can apply for one or more of the following open positions:

– Secretary: Responsible for taking detailed notes at all meetings, and maintaining an organized file of all paperwork. Also responsible for scheduling any necessary meetings and creating any online form or document needed.

– Treasurer: Manages sponsorship packet, coordinate industry representatives, manage sponsorship and spending, maintain detailed budget spreadsheet, and helps make cost-analysis decisions.

– Liaison: Spearheads all USC-based events, including (but not limited to) Senior Design Expo and community outreach events. Main responsibilities include filing out and submitting all necessary paperwork and booking spaces for events.

– Marketing Coordinator: Responsible for all event advertising, including maintaining the KIUEL Facebook page, designing and printing flyers, and organizing relevant marketing campaigns. Also responsible for printing the official E-Week t-shirt.

Jenny is the Director of Student Engagement and Career Connections in the Viterbi Admission & Student Affairs Division. Jenny manages many of the undergraduate student life programs at Viterbi, as well as the services and programs that connect all Viterbi students with their post-graduate plans. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from USC, a Master’s in Public Administration from NYU, and a Doctorate in Education from UCLA.
