Commencement Volunteers Needed – Friday, May 12

The Viterbi Admission & Student Affairs Division is seeking student volunteers to assist with the Viterbi Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony. This ceremony will take place at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 12th. Volunteers will be asked to assist with a variety of activities before, during and after this ceremony. In addition, volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory volunteer meeting prior to Commencement. This meeting will be held the week of Commencement.

If you wish to volunteer, please fill out the Commencement Volunteer survey by Tuesday, April 11.

Preference will be given to volunteers who do NOT live in University Housing but we may make exceptions for those who live in University Housing if needed. This Housing extension will allow you to stay in University Housing until 5:00 PM on May 12th.

Please also note that Sierra Apartments may or may not be able to accommodate extensions (due to temporary housing for Athletic late vacates.) Each request will be handled on a case by case basis at the Sierra CSC. In addition, due to renovation projects beginning in mid-May, no check –out extensions will be allowed at the Hoover Street Residence (HSR) and Regal Trojan Apartments (RTA).

Jenny is the Director of Student Engagement and Career Connections in the Viterbi Admission & Student Affairs Division. Jenny manages many of the undergraduate student life programs at Viterbi, as well as the services and programs that connect all Viterbi students with their post-graduate plans. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from USC, a Master’s in Public Administration from NYU, and a Doctorate in Education from UCLA.
