Apply to be a TxT Fellow!

The Teens Exploring Technology (TxT) Program is currently seeking college sophomores and juniors as candidates for our Summer 2017 Fellowship.

Our program will start on June 14th and end on August 5th. College students will have the opportunity to make an impact on the surrounding community by cultivating at-risk young men of color to become technology entrepreneurs while gaining professional skills themselves. The Fellows are responsible for instilling values of leadership, entrepreneurship and technology into the teens and mentoring participants in their tech startup groups which will aim to resolve a major issue in the community.

TxT have partnered with USC which will host each session at the Iovine and Young Academy. By the end of this fellowship, students will have grown professionally, gained direct experience in managing a youth startup, expanded their network after visiting top tech companies (e.g. Google, Yahoo, A16Z), and empowered young men of color.

The deadline to apply is April 7th, 2017.
